dc.description Once upon a time there lived an admiral who brought added loveliness to the Naval Postgraduate School in the form of swans and peacocks. The swans graced the waters, and the peacocks strutted slowly around the sculptured shrubs, sensuously unfurling their iridescent tailfeathers for all to see. They gathered sociably around the Navy Exchange and multiplied.
