dc.description An at-sea data collection effort was conducted July 24-28, 2002 in support of the Naval Postgraduate School's Tactical Oceanography Course (OC-4270) off the San Clemente Island Undersea Range (SCIUR). The experiment configuration was designed to provide acoustic propagation measurements for transmission loss, detection range limitation, and acoustic variability in the 1-8 kHz frequency band. This report is provided to document contacts, experiment configuration, execution and collected data sets.
