Performance Appraisal is a process that involves review and analysis of the performance
of an associate who is employed with a company. Appraisal Management is one of the
functions of the HR department in the company

unnoticed of his performance, which helps in the growth of the self as well as the
organization .Here the system takes care of maintaining the employees wise records
