Wayne Hughes is a retired Navy Captain whose teaching and research center around campaign analysis, operational logistics, theory of combat, naval tactics and analysis, command and control, and information warfare. He has taught campaign analysis for thirty-one years to students of all Services and international officers. He consults on new surface naval forces, emphasizing missile warfare, littoral operations, undersea warfare, warship vulnerability, and operational maneuver from the sea.
